Lady Health Visitor (LHV) Program

The Lady Health Visitor (LHV) Program is a comprehensive, two-year training course aimed at preparing women to become frontline healthcare providers in their communities. LHVs play a vital role in improving the health and well-being of mothers, children, and families—especially in rural and underserved areas.

The program combines theoretical education with practical clinical training to develop skilled health professionals capable of delivering essential healthcare services, promoting disease prevention, and supporting maternal and child health initiatives.

Program Highlights:

  • In-depth training in antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care
  • Hands-on practice in both institutional and community-based settings
  • Courses in reproductive health, family planning, and health education
  • Supervised clinical rotations in hospitals and rural health centers
  • Emphasis on cultural sensitivity, patient dignity, and safe practices
  • Support for national certification and professional registration

Upon successful completion, LHVs are qualified to work in government and private healthcare sectors, NGOs, and community-based health programs, serving as an essential link between healthcare systems and the community.

Empower yourself to empower others—join our LHV Program and become a leader in community healthcare.
